My phone will not charge

just pluged in my phone wont charge not the charger used usb cable wont charge at all can this be fixed...please help

Options

It sounds like either a damaged MicroUSB port, or a well worn one. You can fix it, but you need to remove the motherboard and do SMD soldering.
