iPhone 3G plug 1 wont stay plugged

I am reassembling the iPhone 3G but I cant get the plug labeled #1 to stay plugged in. I have double checked and I do have the correct LCD.

I can hear it click when I plug it in but as soon as I lift my finger it pops back off.

Is there a solution to make the plug stay plugged in?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

I suppose your connectors have got loosen because of your assembly. And there is no better way to fix it. what only you can do is try your best to connect it tightly and close the phone really carefully.

You also can send to repair center. Good luck to you.
