iPhone wont turn on if battery is plugged in to logic board

I just raplaced the screen on an iphone 4. It worked fine before, but now it wont turn on. But if I disconnect the battery from the logic board and plug in the charger, it will show the apple logo for about 30 seconds then turn back off. While the battery is connected, nothing is happening whatever I do and I wont show up in iTunes.

I have tried three different batteries, and also tried connecting the original screen to see if the new screen was causing it. Still nothing.

I have also tried removing every cable (buttons, cameras etc.), but it still wont start while the battery is plugged in.

Any suggestions?

It's either that it you have knocked a componant off the board. What side did u pry the battery off?

by

Im always careful when disconnecting the battery, ever since the connector fell of a long time ago. I used a pry tool which I placed between the connector and the battry cable to pry it off, and I am sure I didn't break anytging on the board.

I have just rised the board with isopropanyl, I'll give it a go again after a while when Im sure its dry again.

Yes but went u actually removed the battery from the housing did u pry it out on the motherboard side? Or volume key side?

by

I used the plastic thing to pull out the battery, after it was disconnected. And since I tried putting in som other batteries just in case and that didn't work I have no idea what can possibly cause this. Cleaning with isopropanyl didn't help.

I am 100% sure I did not damage the board.

If I disconnect the battery while the charger is plugged in it turns on right away (shows apple logo then shuts off). If I connect the battery again while the apple logo is showing, and then pull out the charger, the phone instantly dies, as if the battery wasn't even there
