Disable CPU temperature sensor on iPhone 4

Hi,

I have an iPhone 4 which had some light water damage.

As it stands, the phone works brilliantly after drying out and all functions are active. My problem is that, even when it is cool to the touch (even when I take the back cover of), it keeps giving me the temperature warning.

I've read a lot that typically water does ruin the thermocouple used to measure the CPU temperature. What I can't find is how to disable the thermometer, either physically or using code.

Any one have any ideas?
