Why is my galaxy s2 not responding to a charger

At first I would have to plug it into the charger multiple times before it would start to charge. Eventually, when I would plug it in the battery would come up but it would not charge and just flashed the warning symbol. Now my phone will not take any charge and does not do anything when a charger is placed in it.

I have tried many different chargers that I own and that has not worked.

I also tried the factory reset but also nothing.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Look at the flex cable on the original charging port can you see small writing on it saying REV and then a number? Your part you purchased must match the REV number on the flex

Yeah, when I got it I matched it all up. rev 2.2 gi9100

Should have worked unless you received a faulty part
