Missing battery terminal on the logic board iPhone 4

Is it possible to bypass this by soldering wires directly to the board and then running them to the terminal on the battery's connector? And if so how would I go about it? I finally came across a soldering iron and solder, but I know little to notthing about using it. I have noone to turn to for help and im too poor to oreder a new terminal and/orlogicboard or to take it in for professional repair. heelp?

Attempt_solo-1: Failed. the tip to my soldering iron, aside from being too big to resolder a terminal (just found that out with a terminal that got pulled from a smashed phone), also doesn't heat the whole tip. No matter how hard I tried I just couldn't get ir ro work right. trying agaun after I return thiss one for qnither iron. its a vvendetta now. ill see this through alone or not.

Answer this question I have this problem too

I would order a new terminal it's only about €1 surly your not that poor..

I just wouldn't try soldering it I myself have vast knowledge with iPhones and wouldn't attempt his repair unless I knew every that had to be done get it done my a professional or you'll need a new phone

the thing of it is, I really don't have the 6 bucks plus shipping or a card ttto order online with for that matter. I understand that it'd be the best route to go, I really do, but I justt can't afford to have my phone off any longer. its a key factor to my job and I've had it off far too long already. Unless I stumble across some random broken iphone 4 with a decent part in it to salvage, this about my only option. I know its risky, especially with my lack of experience, but if it can be possible to do, i would greatly appreciate the knowledge.
