My iPod 4 touch is disabled and Unrecognized by itunes

So, recently i got my IPod Touch 4th generation screen replaced, and while it was broken i tried to unlock it, but i ended up disabling it until i connect it to itunes.. I got the screen fixed and plugged it in but now itunes says 'Unknown Device'. I have no idea what to do. I can't put it in recovery mode because Itunes cant read it.. Please help, I'm really out of ideas. Thank youuu.

Try using another cable if that doesn't work try a new cable in another pc
