Hi!
I have a nintendo 3ds with the following problem.When i insert a 3ds game it won't show on main menu.I tried with different 3ds games nothing happens.On the contrary when i insert ds games it shows them and i can start them and play.I already replaced the 3ds game cartidge with a new one same thing happens.Any solution will be appreciated.Thanks!

Are you sure that the 3DS game is from the same region of the 3DS console ? The 3DS is region locked, so for instance if you buy it in the USA and then try a European game, it will not work.

Yes i am sure.All bought from european country.
Sorry mate!Finally the customer reveal me that the nintendo 3ds was from U.S.A. and although at first told me that none 3ds game worked afterwards he admitted that 2 of the games he brought with him from New York were working fine.Thanks anyway!
