Why is my MacBook Pro not turning on?

I have do pretty much every troubleshoot method out there. I've reset the SMC, cleared the PRAM, used different magsafe cords, cleaned the ports, shorted the power pads, etc.

However nothing has worked. Then I looked at my battery connector and noticed one of the pins wasn't like the others.

Does anyone know if this is responsible for my Macbook to not turn on. And if so, can I fix it?

Thank you in advance

Not sure what about it looks different but It just looks like it has less solder than the others but should still be making contact.

Does the battery indicator light on the side of the unit light up? If not it is a bad MLB.

Does the MagSafe light up? If Yes is it Orange or Green? If it is orange because the battery is low then it is being recognized and the battery and connector are fine.

Have you tried to unplug the battery and hold down the power button? That still is a thing for this model of MacBook Pro.

Chances are its a bad MLB.
