I've got no display no apple logo but ipad is on

Hi can any one help I've got no display no apple logo but ipad is on what happened I took lcd off just before I done ghat I went to take battery leAd of so I lifted lcd up to take battery of and lcd touched the fram of iPad and sparked now I don't have a screen I thought I done in the lcd bought other one and now I've got a back light but no Aplple logo or display how do I do I fix this something to do with board I think any help thanks

I assume you have already tried a hard reset---if you have a backlight, but no image on a new LCD, then you likely have damaged a component in the LCD pathway---take a close look for damage near the LCD connector. I would recommend sending the board in to a professional for an evaluation. feel free to contact me if you have more questions
