Replace the AC connector on Compaq Laptop 150?

I have a Compaq 150 laptop replacement that the charging piece on the inside broke off. Does anyone know anything about them I have searched everywhere to try fix it but i cam not even find the serial number online when i try look it up. and also what mother board be good for one that so old. because I believe all I have to do is replace the mother board.

The DC power jack is soldered onto the board. Download the service manual from here. The part iteself is widely available at places like this and many others. Hope this helps, good luck
