Phone turn off spontaneously after falling.

Hello..

Today I dropped my iphone on a hard surface. When I grabbed it, it was turned off. I tried to turn it on but it won't start. I held the home & power bottuns and it turned on.

The problem is whenever I shake it, it turns off suddenly, where I have to turn it on again.

What could be the problem and how can I fix it?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Ive ran into instances where the iphone 5 batteries will come loose from their adhesive and rattle around inside the phone. Over time the ribbon cable will become weak from all the movement and tear itself slightly or even completely. Although its uncommon, it may not be evident that it has torn on a visible part of the flex cable, it could tear underneath the sticky tape at the bottom of the battery where it connects to the electronics. If your confident remove the battery and check the length of the battery flex cable for any wear and tear. Hopefully all you need is a battery.

Cheers.

Also if your phone is a refurb the battery might not have an EMI sheild on the connection cable, that would just need a new shield though (:
