How to fix my galaxy note 2 if it cannot turn in on anymore?

Hey guys,

Who can tell me how to fix my galaxy note 2 if it cannot turn in on anymore? I saw that Zak in this conversation talk about EMMC and Dummy file generator that have to be downloaded. However, how can I download them if the phone is completely off?
