Loud speaker. Not working

Hey I have ipad 3 I bought it from Bahrain last year it's brand new no scratch no fall but since yesterday d loudspeaker are not working it only works with headphones I tried to restart n all but d voice comes for a bit n den starts scratching please help me soon.
