Why does my screen on iPhone 4 is blurry?

Today I tried replacing the wifi anthena and put one of the long screws in the top righ hand coner by accident and when I was putting it something pop and when I turn on my device the screen look white and blurry still has the touch sencity but it looks horrible? If I change a to a new LCD screen will it work help plz
