Upgrade and now my camera wont work why?

After upgrading to 4.2.2 i found my camera is not working, it says "unfortunately, gallery has stopped."

1] i tried on 4.1 still says "unfortunately, gallery has stopped."

2] i tried another camera app and found out that the camera is working up to some extend (in very low quality)

3] tried front camera (screen face camera) and that wont work too.

4] tried some camera related apps and found that those apps like "Google talk" wont work too (if it use high quality)

So how can i fix it.

Is the camera module with the chip set or the phone Mother board has the chip set for the camera. so that i can get a camera module and fix it or just have to get both.
