iPhone Hard Drive failure and replacement

Do you sell replacement harddrives with the OS installed for the white 16GB?

The iPhone does not have a physical hard drive. Instead, it has flash memory built into the logic board, therefore, there cannot be a hard drive failure, there can only be logic board failures, in which case it's not worth the time nor the effort (and you need high expertise) to replace it.

And iFixit does not sell iPhone 3G logic boards. Your best chances of support lie with Apple Care.
