How do I fix a black screen and keys are unresponsive?
My new iPhone has water damage. It is making sounds as if I'm getting alerts but the screen is black and it doesn't respond to touch.

Your display assembly is probably bad, and you will need to replace it. Please note that water damage can often damage many parts of the phone and replacing the display is not guaranteed to fix it; you would probably be better off buying a new phone. Sorry!
