Here’s a page from the LMXS30776S service manual that may help, (see Fan and Fan motor section) I realize that it is a different model but the model number is nearly the same and it seems very similar in design.

If there is an ice build up on the freezer evaporator unit then there is a problem with the defrost system as this shouldn’t occur. Removing the ice with a hair dryer is only a temporary solution as it does not address the cause of the problem.

Also do not use the hair dryer on hot setting to melt the ice build up as it may damage the evaporator unit. It is only thin Aluminium and designed for freezing cold temperatures and not really hot ones. Allow the ice to melt naturally and only occasionally use the hair dryer on the coolest setting to speed things up.

Here’s a link that shows how to check for an error code which may help to find out what is happening. Hopefully the procedure is the same for your model.

I don’t know the cart and I don’t know if I’ve found the correct wiring diagram but it shows that there is a tow switch connected to the controller as well. Maybe worth checking if it is OK.

Don’t know the answer but here’s a composite image taken from the service manual for the camera showing the power supply circuit and the power on procedure that may help.

Checking the connections between the power supply either the battery or the external supply and IC610 and then if IC610 itself is OK would be a good place to start. Also looking at the flowchart, there are a lot of conditions to be met before power is applied to the processor so that the power on sequence can begin.

Unfortunately the manual doesn’t describe the dis-assembly procedure to access the appropriate sections of the camera.

If doing this seems to daunting, contact a reputable, professional camera repair or electronics repair service and ask for a quote.

It may be simpler and easier to source a replacement battery first, rather than trying to see if there is a charging problem in the phone itself, (supplier example only or search for EB425161LU to find other suppliers that suit you better). It will save a lot of time and effort if there is nothing wrong with the phone, apart from the original battery of course.

You may also have to consider if the phone is still usable if you get it working in that it only supports 2G and 3G (900 and 2100 bands) phone networks. 2G has already been phased out in most places and 3G is heading the same way. Also your preferred service provider may not use the same 3G frequencies that the phone supports.

If it is no longer useful as phone but still works with a new battery, you could always use it as a .mp3 player. Just insert a micro SD card (up to 32GB) to store the music on

Looking at a service manual for Vulcan gas ovens (see p.44 - hopefully it is applicable to your model) it seems as though there may be a problem with the adjustment of the oven’s gas regulator and burners’ air shutters to get the correct flame.

If it is brand new it may be better to contact the manufacturer about the problem if the oven was installed by a professional gas fitter and they couldn’t get the flame adjustment correct.

What is the model number of the refrigerator?

If the noise was a metallic sound there may be a problem with one of the moving parts e.g. a fan, ice maker? or the compressor.

You may have to keep a check and listen if it happens again (you said that you only heard it the one time, is this correct?).

As the refrigerator is less than 12 months old it will still be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If it happens again or occurs more frequently contact the manufacturer’s customer service section for your location and get it checked out under warranty.

Worst case is if it is the compressor as this is the most expensive part but with most refrigerators there is a 5 year warranty on the compressor and sealed system. Check what the warranty provisions are for your refrigerator to see what is covered before and after the 1st year. The warranty can usually be found in the user manual that should have come with the refrigerator

Check in BIOS > Startup > Boot and see if there is a HDD0 listing for the boot order.

If it is there try highlighting it (select it) and check if it shows up in a disabled list on the screen. If so enable it. I think that you do this by pressing Shift + 1 (the ! key) although I’m not 100% sure with your model that this is how to do it.

Hopefully this will restore the HDD in BIOS. When it has been disabled in the boot order it is no longer available to BIOS. This feature is for when people wish to use an external drive only and not have an internal HDD

Just verifying that if the power board is a BN44-00807K and that when the power is connected to the TV with everything connected that there is 11.8V on the Standbypower test point, (see image) is this correct?

If so then this voltage is what is used by the mainboard to turn the Standby Power LED on .i.e. the mainboard turns the LED on/off. It is not turned on directly from the power board.

Try the following:

Disconnect the power from the TV and then disconnect the cable between the mainboard and the power board at the power board.

Reconnect the power to the TV.

The TV backlights should turn full on intensity and stay on. There will be no picture because the mainboard has been disconnected.

When the mainboard is disconnected and the power is applied to the TV the power board is turned on to full power output because the signal from the mainboard that keeps the power board in standby mode, until told otherwise has been removed.

You can then check the voltages from the power board to see if they are OK knowing that the mainboard is not causing any interference with the power board.

Just trying to eliminate where the problem may be.

You need to open the phone and clean it properly.

The water causes corrosion and provides circuit paths for the electricity which were not in the phone's operating design and could damage the components. The corrosion starts immediately and is ongoing until it has been properly cleaned away.

First do not turn on your phone and then remove the battery as soon as possible from the phone to minimize any further damage.

Then you need to dis-assemble the rest of the phone and clean all the affected parts using Isopropyl Alcohol 99%+ (available from electronics part stores) to remove all traces of corrosion and water. If possible do not use "rubbing alcohol" as in some cases this is <70% IPA, can contain additives and is not as effective. If you do have to use it check the label to verify the amount of IPA. The higher the percentage of IPA the better

As always with electronics, especially surface mounted pcb, be gentle when handling and especially when brushing away the corrosion. You do not want to remove any components from the board. You will also have to remove any shields that may be covering some components and check under them as well. Also any flex cable connections need to be disconnected and the cable ends and the connectors need to be cleaned as well.

Hopefully after you have done all this the phone might possibly work correctly again.

If you decide to do this, do it sooner than later as it’s not going to fix itself.
