There is an error code on the display
These errors and solutions can be found under the lid of the charging base. Appropriate solutions can be seen below.
C1 - Lifted wheel
Move the iCLEBO to a more flat area.
C2 - Cannot detect floor
Move the robot cleaner to a flat area in case the wheel is stuck on the threshold or porch.
C3 - Dust bin error
Dust bin is not properly assembled. Follow our Dust Bin Replacement Guide to replace the dust bin.
C4 - Wheel motor overload
Check for foreign substances such as hair or lint on the wheel and remove if any.
C5 - Brush motor overload
Remove hair and other debris from main and side brushes.
C6 - Suction motor overload
Clean filter and empty dust bin.
C7 -Internal system error
Turn the iCLEBO off and back on again.
C8 -Magnetic encoder error
Check that front wheel and magnet sensor are clean and inserted correctly.
Robot won’t vacuum well
The robot goes over dirt and debris without sucking it up.
Main brush dirty
The bristles may be stuck together and need to be cleaned. Refer to our Brush Replacement Guide for proper removal techniques. If the bristles are still clumped together, they will need to be replaced with a new brush.
Filter full
Follow the Dust Bin Removal Guide to clean out the dust bin and filter.
Side sweepers malfunctioning
There should be three feather-like mini-sweepers on each of the two side sweepers. If there isn't three on each, then it's broken. Follow the Side Sweeper Replacement Guide to replace a side sweeper.
Main sweeper not rotating
Remove dust bin from robot. For help to do this, follow the Dust Bin Replacement Guide. Remove hair and other debris that prohibits rotation of main sweeper.
Robot’s path is erratic
Robot moves in circles or other weird behaviors.
Wheel isn't spinning
Remove any hair found on the wheel’s axle with tweezers. If this doesn’t fix the problem, for one of the two main wheels, consider contacting the manufacture for motor replacements . If the wheel is the small one at the front of the robot, follow our Front Wheel Replacement Guide to replace it.
Sensor malfunction
If all the wheels are working well, the sensors might be dirty or broken. Clean any dirt sensors. Contacting the manufacture for repairs if the problem persists.
Robot won't charge
The robot won’t charge despite plugging in the charging cable.
Charging base not powered
Check to make sure there is a red light coming from the charging base. If there isn't, verify the charging base is plugged into a working wall outlet. Remove the back off the base and verify there are no loose connections. With the base plugged into the wall, check to see if there is a green light coming from the big black charging block. If there is no light, follow the Transformer Replacement Guide to replace it.
Dirty connectors
Check to see if the two silver pads under the robot are in contact with their mates on the base. If the chrome pads appear tarnished, unplug the charging base and use a cloth damp with alcohol to clean remove the tarnishing from the pads. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, follow following guide.
Robot's battery dead
If there is no problem with the charging base and the problem persists, the robot's internal battery must be dead. Follow our Battery Replacement Guide to replace the robot's battery.
Robot will not follow prompted commands
You try to get robot to do something but it won’t.
Remote controller won't work
Make sure you are pointing the remote directly at the robot. If the problem persists, replace the two AAA batteries by sliding off the battery cover under the remote, and making sure to put the batteries in the correct direction indicated on the inside of the remote.
Robot off
There are two power buttons on the robot. One on top, and a master switch on the side. Verify that both are on the “ON” position.
Robot's top buttons won't work
Buttons respond to thermal touch. Verify that the master power switch on the side is turned on and you are touching the button with the flesh of your fingers.

Could you advise how to remove the front bumper for cleaning of the internals?

Remove the 3 screws under the rubber protection in front of the bumper.

My arte is now doing crazy spins when I try to start it up — no error message, it just comes out of the base and begins to turn, then makes a rapid spin and display says “base”, which it can’t seem to find. Any ideas on how to resolve?

Mine did the same and what helped was taking apart the front bumper and the top lid and vacuum clean the robot from inside. There was a lot of dust on all the parts. Then I took off all the wheels (the front small one, the rear big one and the side brushes) and clean them from hair and dust that was rolled up and stuck on the axles. This seems to fix the issue.

I was having problem with the erratic behavior of the iclebo arte. It was stopping randomly without any object in the way. I saw a video where there was a procedure to calibrate the sensors. It works for the spinning problem. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j9KofcII...
The video is hard to follow, but the procedure consists in keeping the play/pause button pressed until some letter codes show up in the clock. Press the play button with the iclebo on and hold it. it will power down. Keep on holding until the code appears. There will be a lot of codes you can cycle with the mode key. Go to CPSd and press star. You will see someting like “r 00”. Put a white paper sheet below the iclebo’s sensors, close to the side brushes. Make sure the brushes are not blocking the sensor. Press mode and the nunber will change. In my case the reading changed from “r 13” to “r 77”. Turn off the iclebo and turn it back on. It should know work. I’m trying to find out what the other options do.

The left side sweeper is not spinning. What could cause this?

Sweeper wheel wont turn . Scared to try to open the case rollers lean, dirt bin clean wheels clean . I am 73 and love my robot but want everything to work. Still paying pn it. Lol Everyone sells them but no one sell replacemens, no one works on them no one even sells filters its a shame

It should either be the sweeper wheel has hair stuck beneath it or that the connecting cables to sweeper wheel motor is not connecting to the motor. Or that the sweeper wheel motor is faulty.

The charging indicator on the robot turns from red to green almost immediately when using the docking station to recharge. The battery is fine on another iclebo arte robot. The capacitors look fine and I also tried to take some of their values while still on the main board although not recommended. I believe the rule of thumb is that the capacitance should be equal to or higher than the rating but not lower. Power connector contacts on main board are checked for continuity using the multimeter as well. Not sure how to do a factory reset for the iclebo arte.

What does CA means?

The C4 error means which wheel get stuck? If the 2 side wheel how to open it to clear the debris?

I don´t think it is possible to know beforehand which wheel is stuck. The iclebo is pretty straightforward to disassemble, just remember to remove the rubber protection on the front of the bumper to reveal some screws (probable 3) and this will help you to remove the bumper. After that, just unscrew the other screws from the bottom part of the iclebo and it will be easy to pop it open.

I disassemble and clean ,vacuum all the internal part,no hair stucked.but it still present C4 when I on for the first 3 seconds.

My very lightly used iClebo Arte began displaying the C7 code. Battery was fully charged. I have turned robot off and on several times, as directed by manual, without any results. I would appreciate any suggestions as to how to fix.

You can try to turn it off and leave it off for a couple of days. I had the same problem and it only got back to work only by letting it of for 1 week.

Try to turn it off in the lateral switch for a couple of days. I try to let it of for some minutes and it did not fix the issue for me. I let it sit for more than one week and the problem was solved.

My iClebo power supply has an output of 19 volts but the charging pads on the docking station only show 4 volts with station plugged in. Battery has charge of 14 volts. iClebo will wake up show a green charged light, then immediately turn to yellow and stop. In some cases after repeatedly turning it on and off, it will move for a minute or so, then shut down. I suspect the charging pads are supposed to be at 16 or 19 volts so suspect an issue in the docking station. Any clues on how to open it up? I’ve taken the visible screws out but thought I’d ask before breaking a friction tab. Anyone with any other suggestions on root cause would be appreciated. Really like the way it has cleaned so far…and it’s much quieter than my Roomba and cleans better with the two rotating brushes.

I think you have to replace the batteries. I measured the charging pads and also got 4 volts, so I don’t think there is something wrong with it, specially because you are seeing full charge on the batteries (14 V). Recently I have a similar problem and my iclebo would run for 10s and stop. I was also measuring 14V in the battery output, but it was dropping to zero really fast. The problem was the battery. I suggest you buy a new one and give it a try.

Omega Alpha: Sometimes when it hits something the power will shut down for a second or two then it starts up again but loses its way!

Within 3 minutes of the Iclebo beginning to vacuum, it stops with a C2 Error "Cannot Detect Floor" regardless of what floor it's on (hard wood or carpet). It's difficult to get rid of this error and when I am able to get rid of it, it returns almost immediately. Any suggestions as to a remedy?

Many thanks for this. I followed your instructions until "press star". I don't have a "star" button either on the Arte itself or on its remote. After thinking about the next step I (perhaps rashly) pressed the "start/play" button and the display changed to "r 40". I then followed your subsequent instructions with a sheet of white paper, pressed mode and the number did change. I turned the device off and then back on and started it. Unfortunately, it behaved as it had before by stopping and displaying "C2" error code. Any thoughts about how I might troubleshoot this further?
