- Laptop is getting hot
- Computer is running slow or freezing
- Computer storage is full
- Computer won't power on
- Can’t connect to wi-fi
- Laptop is not connecting to 3G internet
If the cooling fan is clogged with dust, you can clean it out with a can of compressed air.
If the laptop is overheating the cooling fan may need to be replaced. To replace the cooling fan, use this guide.
Sometimes you can fix this problem by resetting the ram. If the problem persists you will need to replace the ram.
If the computer is still running slowly, you will need more RAM. Use this guide to replace the RAM.
If the computer is full on storage, you can delete files or programs that you don't use. To delete files, click on 'Start' at the bottom left of the screen. Then, click on 'My Computer'. Go through your files, and delete any files and program that you don't use, or don't need.

If the computer won't power on the battery may be dead. Try plugging the laptop into the charger, and plugging the charger into the wall. A charging light will come on to the left of the mouse pad.

Check that your wi-fi has not been accidentally turned off. Press the fn key and the f9 key simultaneously.
Ensure that your router has power and the wi-fi light is on. If the router light is on but wi-fi is still not working then call your service provider so they can troubleshoot the router.
If the computer is not connecting to the 3G network, the SIM card may be bad, and need to be replaced. Before you replace it, try removing the SIM card, and putting it back in. If that doesn't work, replace the SIM card with a new one. To replace the SIM card, use this guide.
