Device Will Not Turn On
When the power button is pressed nothing happens.
Improper Charging Device
The device require a specific amount of power from the charging source to recharge. Samsung insists that their 5.0V/2.0A charger is required, but any charger with these specifications should be sufficient.
Dead Battery
If your device is not turning on, make sure that the battery is charged. If it is charged but is still not functional, the device may need a new battery. Order a replacement battery and follow this guide on how to replace it.
Malfunctioning Charging Port
The device may have a functional battery, but the charging port could be the problem. Try cleaning the charging port and check to see if it is still not working afterwards.
Damaged/Broken Touchscreen
The device may have a damaged or broken touchscreen. Follow this guide to see how to replace the touchscreen.
Malfunctioning Motherboard
If none of the previous solutions have worked, the issue may be due to a malfunctioning motherboard. Follow this guide on how to replace the device's motherboard.
The Device Turns On But Does Not Respond To Touch
The device powers up, and the screen turns on, but the device is not registering your touch.
Residue On The Device's Screen
If there is excess residue on the screen of the device, it may have difficulties tracking your finger. Clean the screen and retry.
Malfunctioning Touch Screen Digitizer
The device's digitizer is responsible for the function of sensing the users fingers. If all else seems functional, this part could be the cause of the unresponsiveness. Order a replacement touch screen digitizer and follow this guide.
No More Storage Space On The Device
Your device's storage may be filled with apps, music, pictures, etc. To install more apps and take more pictures you may have to increase the devices storage space.
Internal Storage Could Be Full
The device has no more internal storage, and storage space must be added or freed up. You can do this either by deleting unneeded files and apps from the device, or by inserting a removable memory card in the device.
There Is Faulty/No Sound Coming From The Device's Speaker Or Headphone Jack
The device is fully functional except for its speaker and or headphone jack, which are either not making any sound at all, or producing low quality sound.
Faulty Earphone Jack
The device contains a component that holds both the speaker and the headphone jack. Failure of this component could cause faulty sound or no sound at all. To replace this part, follow this guide.

You are not alone. I have a brand new Samsung Tab 8 and was running just fine. Then for no reason, it started disconnecting? When you check it, it shows that it is connected but it’s not. I wonder if it was caused by a software update?

My daughters Tab A will only turn on, after a reset, and only for a short time, before it shuts off. The buttons at the bottom of the tablet don't work, either. Any suggestions?

My Samsung Galaxy Tab A (latest version) tablet has started to give me a buzz that I can feel when I'm using it. I have an earlier version which doesn't do that. Is some thing wrong with my tablet? It didn't do it when I first purchased it.

My Tablet will not connect with the DATA feature. It is not the SIM card as I have switched it out with another tablet and it works fine on the other tablet. What is the problem?

My Samsung Tablet A 8” wasn’t charging so I purchased a new charger and it’s still not charging.
So we purchased a new Apple IPad 9 Generation.
What to do with my old one now. Can I sell it for parts ? Would anyone be interested ?
