Tablet won't turn on ¶ 

Tablet displays battery drained indication

Plug power adapter into the wall ¶ 

Plug the cable into the tablet and the wall adapter into the wall. Let it charge for about 20 minutes. Make sure you are using the genuine Lenovo power adapter. Some phone chargers won't provide enough power to the tablet.

Issue with charger and wall adapter ¶ 

Try plugging the cable and wall adapter into another device. if the other device does not turn on, then it is probably a faulty wire that is causing your issue.

Reboot the tablet ¶ 

Locate the small pin hole located within the SD card holder. Using a small, but not sharp, pointed tool, depress the pin hole for 5-10 seconds and turn on the tablet.

Frozen black screen ¶ 

The old "Black Screen of Death" strikes again

Make sure you are using the genuine Lenovo power adapter. Some phone chargers won't provide enough power to the tablet. If you are using the genuine charger, try plugging the cable and wall adapter into another device. If the other device does not turn on, then it is probably a faulty wire that is causing your issue.

Power button is stuck ¶ 

Hold the button for 20 seconds and then let go. Wait 30 seconds before attempting to power it up again

WiFi connectivity issues ¶ 

I can't get to the internet

Turn WiFi on ¶ 

Go into your apps drawer and select settings. Then select WLAN and toggle it on. Tap the correct WiFi network and enter the password if required.

Turn Flight Mode off ¶ 

Go into your apps drawer and select settings. Then select more, airplane mode, and toggle it off if it is on. Then go into WLAN and toggle it on. Tap the correct WiFi network and enter the password if required.

The correct network ¶ 

Make sure you are selecting the correct network and that your password is typed in correctly.

Router issues ¶ 

Make sure all the correct lights are illuminated on the router. Try connecting to the WiFi network with another device, like a laptop computer or friend's phone. If any other devices can connect to and use the wireless network, the problem is most likely specific to your device. Check to see if your device can connect to a WiFi network at another location, like a friend's house or a public network. If it can, the problem is most likely specific to the WiFi network.

Unresponsive camera ¶ 

Can't take a picture or a video

Rebooting camera ¶ 

Go into your photos app and delete all the photos. Reset all data in the menu. Check for any incompatible permissions in settings. If yes, uninstall the software and reboot system.

Make sure device is updated ¶ 

Update your devices software to the latest version in your settings.
