LG Prime won't turn on ¶
No matter what you do, you can't get your LG Prime to turn on.
Hold switch on ¶

Drained/bad battery ¶

Bad display ¶
It is possible that it appears nothing is happening because the display is bad. If .... it is possible the display is bad and must be replaced.
Bad logic board ¶
If .... the problem most likely lies in the logic board.
No sound is heard from the phone ¶
You're trying to listen to a song and can't hear a thing.
Mute Function is on ¶
The phone may be set to the lowest volume setting; try to increase the volume using the toggles on the left side of the phone.
Silent mode or Airplane mode is engaged ¶
Navigate to the phone settings to check to see if the phone is set to silent mode, or is set to airplane mode. Disable these settings and test the sound again.
Headphone jack isn't fully seated ¶
Make sure the headphones are fully inserted. If the problem persists, remove the headphones and blow gently into the jack to free debris. Insert the headphones and test the sound again. If the problem persists, you may need to replace your headphone jack, find our guide here.
