Revision to IBM WorkPad c3 Troubleshooting

Less often the problem could be that the IBM WorkPad c3 charger is faulty.

This problem could be caused by a defective/broken LCD screen. These take a little work to replace, but if you are willing to do it you can follow the [[brokenlink|LCD replacement guide]].
 
=== Touch Screen ===
 
Make sure you use the proper stylist pens provided on both sides of the device. If the touch screen does not function properly using these pens, you probably need to replace the digitizer behind the display. To do this, please refer to our [[brokenlink|Digitizer replacement guide]].

* Release the power button when the Palm logo appears on the screen.
* Scroll Up to erase all data and complete the hard reset.

The digitizer is the component of the WorkPad that deals with tracking what the user is pressing on the screen. Occasionally, the digitizer will "drift",
