Revision to IBM WorkPad c3 Troubleshooting

This problem could be caused by a defective/broken LCD screen. These take a little work to replace, but if you are willing to do it you can follow the [[brokenlink|LCD replacement guide]].

Make sure you use the proper stylist pens provided on both sides of the device. If the touch screen does not function properly using these pens, you probably need to replace the digitizer behind the display. To do this, please refer to our [[brokenlink|Digitizer replacement guide]].
 
* Hold down the power button on the WorkPad
* Insert a paperclipthe end of a paper clip into the resethole labeled Reset, located on the back of the device, and press the button inside.
* Release the power button when the Palm logo appears on the screen.
* Scroll Up to erase all data and complete the hard reset.
