=== '''Windows unable to recover''' ===

If you are unable to recover from the BSOD in any other way, you may need to reinstall Windows 7. You can do this by using your Windows 7 installation disc or setup files. However if you do choose this last resort option, reinstalling Windows 7 will delete any of the programs you have installed and will be restored to the default settings. Your personal files and programs will need to be reinstalled afterwardsafterward by either files or installation discs.

== '''No audio from the speakers is heard''' ==
=== '''Drivers are out of date''' ===

If no sound is coming from the speakers when the volume is at a reasonable level then it could be that the audio drivers are out of date. As mentioned before with the wireless issue, the driver needs to be updated. In order to do so, click on the '''speaker icon''' in the lower right handright-hand corner of your screen. Then, click on the''' speaker icon''' that's above the volume bar. The Speakers Properties box will appear, click on '''Properties'''. Once the Realtek High Definition Audio Properties box appears, on the General page that is displayed, click on the '''Change settings'''. Another Realtek High Definition Audio Properties box will appear. Click on the Driver tab where you will have several options to select. Click the '''Update Driver''' and select the first option "search automatically..." when it appears. After you update the driver and still no audio is heard then, the speakers need to be replaced. You can find out how to do that here using [guide|51809|Speaker Guide].
