If your Dyson vacuum refuses to turn on, its battery might not be charged. Charge the vacuum’s battery for at least two hours. After the battery is fully charged, power on the vacuum and try using it again.

If your Dyson vacuum no longer powers on even after it has been charged, the vacuum’s battery may be damaged. If the battery is damaged, it will no longer hold a charge and will need to be replaced.
