They told me over the phone that the warranty doesn't apply to physical damage. I have an appointment with them after Christmas. I know it's a simple LCD fix. Believe me I am going to fight with them and hopefully get my way. Do you think I will get more of a result calling them back instead of going to the store? On-line it says they could charge around 750.00 for them to replace it...Which is absolutely ridiculous and I'm not paying that!
