What do I do if my device will not suck anything up?I have plugged in and turned on my vacuum but it won't pick up any dirt particles. What should I do?
Answer to: Why does my vacuum smell like something is burning?Hello, if there is a burning smell coming from your device the first thing you should do is unplug it immediately. Next, you should check to see if you picked up any lit embers such as a cigarette. If that is not the case, then wait a few minutes for the vacuum to cool down before trying to operate again. Sometimes if the motor is overworked it will heat the power cable and cause a burning smell. If you have done these and the problem still persists then there may be a jam in the drive belt that requires replacement. If you think this may be the problem, you may need to replace your drive belt.
Answer to: What do I do if the device won’t turn on?Hi, if your device isn’t turning on you should try a different electrical socket to see if it could be an electrical problem. If it still doesn’t turn on, try waiting 30 minutes to see if the vacuum has just overheated. If you’re still having trouble, it is likely that your power cord has malfunctioned, so you may need to replace it.
