Answer to: Why does the juicer stall? Thanks for your question! If your juicer is stalling, there are two common problems: 1. There is too much pulp built up, and it is blocking the blade. This will often cause the motor to stall. I suggest putting your ingredients in the juicer at a slower speed. If it is still stalled, stop juicing and clean the entire juicer. 2. There is too much strain on the motor due to hard fruits or vegetables. Use a higher speed setting for harder fruits and vegetables and don't put new ingredients in too quickly. If these don't do the trick, check out the troubleshooting page to find more possible solutions!
Answer to: Why won't the juicer turn on?Thanks for your question! If the device won't turn on at all, it could be a sign that you have a blown fuse. This is not a quick fix, but it is do-able, so don't be discouraged! Check out the troubleshooting page to read more about how to fix a blown fuse, and to check other possible solutions.
Answer to: Why won't the juicer start? Thanks for your question! This is a common problem experienced by users. One reason it might not turn on is that the safety locking arm is not engaged. If this is the case, you can engage the locking arm by snapping it into the two grooves on either side of the juicer cover. Once it is securely fixed in the vertical position, you should be able to turn the juicer on. Hope this helps! If you are still having difficulties, check out the troubleshooting page for other possible solutions.
