Answer to: Why does my Zeen randomly turns off by itself?It is possible that your eStation Zeen has a dead or dying battery. Try charging your Zeen by connecting it to a mini USB charger. Wait about 20 minutes then try powering it on again. If the problem persists you may need to replace your battery. Answer to: My eStation Zeen screen is frozenIf the HP eStation Zeen's display is unresponsive you may have to restart the device. To do so, hold the power button for about 10 seconds until the screen turns off. Release the button then push the power button again to turn the eStation Zeen back on.
