Answer to: My phone is a ZTE and it says it has a virus from adult websitesThat message is false do not click on any part or agree to update! A message I received while viewing adult websites was a (WARNING VIRUS PROTECTION REQUIRES UPDATE OR YOUR ZTE DEVICE WILL LOCK WITHIN 24 HOURS!) This screen will block you from viewing your last active site. To clear this add/scam warning message. Press your home button then press the right last active screens then clear. Unfortunately you will have to manually type in the site address again. Do not use browser history to reconnect. How do I know the warning message is fake. I do not use any anti-virus on my ZTE and as I suspected after 24 hours had past my phone did not lock, crash or lose data and has been working normally. These false warning message are common when accessing adult content. I have not found any threats to be real.
