Answer to: Anyone know how to replace the screen on the Mediapad M2 8.0?Most likely it's the flex cable. Lcd is double sided taped to lcd bezel. Bezel is snap connected to chassis. Parts are cheap enough I would order lcd/digitizer assy and flex cable. Replace flex and if that doesn't fix then lcd assy. Be careful with flex cable install. It has design flaw where it will rub against micro sd casing and sratches off the runs/traces of the flex cable, resulting in the problem you're having now.
