Download the file from pirate bay and enable the PC to boot from your phone (possible but I've never done it) or use another tool to make the thumb drive boot ready. Windows boot utility, windows password reset tool. Or you can simply download and install windows 7 again. This is easiest but you have to have access to a DVD burner on another PC. Get a copy of windows 7 from pirate bay, one that has a lot of seeders and is preactivated. Or ask me for it, I have a disc I can mail you.
