Answer to: Cloned Windows10 drive does not bootThere was more in the story. The SSD was booting, but windows did not loading well. The system was not working at the end. The final solution was to clone the disk from the terminal: sudo dd if=/dev/rdisk0 of=/dev/rdisk2 bs=128m conv=noerror, sync After 12 hours, finaly, I had a full working copy of my original disk and now my system works fine!
Answer to: Cloned Windows10 drive does not bootThe problem are the limitations of El Capitan. 3rd party programs as winclone, cannot write to MBR of disks. So the disk cannot boot. You can disable this by getting to recovery mode and typing: "csrutil disable" into terminal. I had another problem and I was not able to go to recovery mode, so I installed yosemite in another disk, and make the cloning from there.
