Answer to: Why does the sound come out weird? The most likely cause of this problem is probably due to the speakers either being dusty or broken, or a poor connection between the phone and the speaker. First and foremost just check and see if the device has a good connection by keeping the phone nearby and clearing obstructions between the two. If that works then the issue should be all set. If it is the speakers themselves causing the issue, first try to play music through the speakers and see if one is broken. If there isn’t a broken speaker then it may just be a dirt buildup on the surface of the speaker. If there is a broken speaker then the speaker will have to be replaced. If there are further issues with the sound quality I suggest checking the troubleshooting page for the speaker in order to find the cause of the problem.
Answer to: Why doesn’t the speaker connect to my phone? If your speakers doesn’t connect to your phone, first, make sure the Oontz angle 3 is on and in pairing mode, the blue light should be flashing. Make sure the Oontz is not connected to another device. Also, you will want to check and make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is on. If the both devices’ Bluetooth are on and it still not connecting, the problem might be that there are objects between the phone and the Oontz or the phone and/or the Oontz and phone are too far to maintain a connection. Clear the obstructions and keep the speaker and the phone near each other to maintain a strong connection. If the connection issues remain or more problems arise, refer to the troubleshooting page.
