Buy it at home depot, apply to a paper towel and rub and tap gently. It smells like the devil's testicles, but it is far and away the best product for removing loca as it evaporates quickly, doesn't leave residue like goofoff and eats through the thickest layers of LOCA and leaves both glass and plastic unharmed. More importantly, if used in the manner I described, it will NEVER leech into the backlight of an LCD panel (if of course you didn't or couldn't remove the backlight first) and ruin the diffuser like goofoff does (because of its citrusy residue) Obviously you shouldn't submerge it in the stuff and preferably do it with an extraction hood to get rid of the fumes, and wear appropriate chemical resistant gloves.
