Answer to: My device won’t power on?Check to see of the power adapter is plugged in and working. If the adapter is plugged in then a light on the power button should come on. If the light does not come on, consider replacing the power adapter. If the light still does not come on then the device power button could be the problem so it would need to be replaced.
Answer to: Device does not connect to WiFi?The could be caused by different reasons. Check to see how strong of a signal the router is producing. If the signal is weak, consider powering off the router and re-powering or simply just moving closer to the router. Another problem could be that the wireless adapter could be damaged and needs to be replaced.
Answer to: Why won’t the Sonos Play:1 connect to any device?It could be due to the IP address not matching. Power off the Sonos Play:1 speaker, router, and and device used to connect with the speaker. Once all devices are powered off, first turn on the router and wait for it to completely power on. Next you would want to power of the speaker and the device used to connect to speaker. Once all devices are powered on, fall the instructions given the the startup guide given with the Sonos Play:1.
