I dont think you have too much to worry about if you did not overclock the computer and its not a custom built model. I would suggest even just looking at your psu's make and model, and getting one similar. You should be able to also find the voltages on the psu itself or on the psu's brands website for that model. And remember it is better to go higher in wattage then lower. so if you can not seem to find a 550w that fits but you see a 600w go with the 600w never go lower.
Answer to: How do I replce a Nexus 7 BatteryFor the 1st generation Nexus 7 (front facing camera), after you pop off the back cover by using a plastic pry tool, you will see a rectangular battery with black taped edges. All you need to do is use the same plastic pry tool to gently pop the battery up and out of its housing and gently disconnect it from the board. After that its just installing the new battery using the same steps in reverse. For the 2nd gen Nexus 7 you remove the back cover in the same manner as you would the 1st generation however the 2nd gen maybe harder to get started opening so be patient and be careful. After opening the back cover you will need to disconnect the battery, that will be a black connection in the corner of the battery. There will be two flex cables and four screws that you will need to remove as well. The first flex cable will be wider and held in place with a jaw clip which you can easily pop open with your pry tool.
