Answer to: Why won't my device turn on?If the device will not turn on but you have been charging the device, then the problem might be your charger. Try using a different charger to charge the device. If the device still does not turn on then there are many possible other problems that can cause this: Some of them are fixable while others are not. Like Grant suggested, it could be a faulty battery in which that can be replaced. Also, it can be a software issue. In this cause the device might be "bricked" which means that the device is missing necessary files in order to boot and fails before initializing the boot up process. If this occurs then you may way want to contact the manufacturer and talk see if they can repair the device.
Answer to: How do I fix my LexiBook when it has trouble booting up?Freezing/Black screening during a boot-up is usually caused by damaged or corrupted system files that the tablet needs in order to start up. If you can get it to turn on at all then the first thing you want to try is resetting and clearing your tablet. If the issue stops then you should be good. If the device continues to freeze frequently then you should contact the manufacturer about getting your device repaired. If you cannot get the device to turn on at all the the device operating system is corrupted or there is a component that is causing your device to not be able to boot properly. In this situation you should contact the manufacturer about repairing your device because the issue is most likely not user repairable.
