Answer to: My nikon D5100 blow air from viewfinderHi, this is a usual issue with zoom lenses, due to the extension of the lens/ the movement of the optical elements, air will move inside the camera and as the air doesn't compress itself much, it takes the most easy way out and as the mount is screwed fast, the viewfinder is the easiest way out. This happen to every brand and does only depend on how much the lens extends, for example with the Canon 28 300 L there is pretty much air movement.
