My name is Walter Galan. I am currently employed as a Technical Writer and Photographer for iFixit. During my tenure at iFixit, I've written and co-written over 2000 repair guides for devices ranging from mobile phones to automobiles.
I began writing guides primarily for PowerBooks. Since then, I've developed step-by-step repair documentation for iPods, MacBooks, iPhones, etc and a variety of other devices.
I'm a simple man. I enjoy a fine whiskey, I like breakfast foods, and sleeping. And Nic Cage movies. But when I'm not sipping on whiskey, eating breakfast, sleeping, or watching a Nic Cage film, I like to travel.
List of countries I've visited:
- El Salvador (this is my favorite)
List of countries I want to visit:
- The World (I'm assuming that the world counts as one country)
I enjoy playing video games. I don't consider myself a hardcore gamer. I game occasionally. I have a preference to Sony PlayStation consoles.

Answer to: My OPO cant read anymore the micro simHi mourad. Looking at the OnePlus One Teardown, it seems the SIM board is soldered to the motherboard. Desoldering the SIM board might be extremely difficult, but that doesn't mean it's impossible. However, that being said, you might just want to consider replacing the motherboard. Best of luck.
Answer to: PC won't start up 1st timeHi lapo. First thing I would suggest is that you remove and reseat the CMOS battery on your motherboard. If that doesn't work, try booting your system with just the essentials (no video card, one RAM module, etc). Let us know if that helps.

Answer to: Can it install windows 7 x32 bit on iMacHi Joy. It seems to me that you have a few options here. The first option would require replacing the internal optical drive. If that's the route you desire to take, we would first need to identify your iMac so that we may provide you with the appropriate replacement guide. Your second option is to purchase an external USB optical drive, such as the Apple USB SuperDrive. This would allow you to boot the Windows 7 install disc. The third option is to install Windows 7 from a USB flash drive. I hope these options are of some help.
