Answer to: Why can't people hear me on facetime, but I can hear them?Same thing happened to me. I found out that Facetime's audio setting somehow had gotten switched to "Soundflower 2 channel," instead of internal microphone. And this was despite the fact that in system preferences, my sound input was set to internal microphone.
