Answer to "Nexus 7 will not boot, just screen flicker" 01/03/2014
I just opened my N7 up and found that the battery had been disconnected from the board, I dropped it so it had slid out from the connector. Connected it up and it booted. It showed this exact same flash when the charger was connected.
