As alluded to in the other notes, the screws do not drive into the perpendicular (straight up and down) to the computer they drive in on a tilt. If the screws are not flush when you put them back in, you need to tit them a little and re-screw them in.
I left this piece in place and the optical drive wiggled around it. I applied as much force as I was comfortable with and I did not want to break the Blue Tooth antenna. This was a good work around and did not cause much if any trouble removing the old drive or placing the new drive into the computer.
Once they have, you'll be able to view a graph of their reputation gained over time.
