My name is Michael Oberdick, and I have spent the last nine years of my life in retail, customer service, and IT. My passion for electronics began at age 12, and has culminated in a pretty cool business, if I can say so myself.
In 2013 I decided to combine my experience, my passion for electronics, and a desire for an electronics business that treats everyone like family. The result is iOutlet, a chain of stores that sell refurbished Apple devices, specialize in Apple repair, and provides bulk solutions for organizations of all sizes. Over the past three years, we’ve built a business that operates on the four i’s: innovative repairs, honest service, cost-effective solutions, and environmentally-conscious principles. Through this journey, I’ve discovered that in addition to my technology experience, I actually excel at marketing and business management. I’m excited about moving my business forward, serving Northwest Ohio, and being an asset to the repair industry at large.
We specialize in:
Bulk off-lease Apple Devices.
Liquid Damage Reapir.
We do mail in repair for anyone anywhere in the world.

Answer to "Strange Power Problem and Boot"Sounds like the Power IC on the board itself. Also known as U2 or Tristar.
Answer to "Keyboard backlight : cable cutted"You will need to install a new backlight.
Answer to "No chime no video"Could use more info. No chime usually indicates no power on an iMac. I would check power cable to make sure it is alright/try another. Then I would start leaning towards a power supply replacement.
Answer to "Dark spots on left side of LCD from top to bottom?"Test a new LCD if that does not fix it, the backlight filter probably went bad. Most likely cause of that is unhooking the LCD while the battery is still plugged in and the device is powered on.
Answer to "Battery replaced, updated to iOS 10 and now battery won't charge, why?"Sounds like a defective battery.
Answer to "iPhone5 struck on apple logo and then moves to a red screen..."This is caused by the proximity sensor. It was either damaged during the drop or repair. It will need replaced.
Answer to "What causes the phone to sound distorted when you have full service?"The microphone is having issues. Replace the dock (which has the microphone on it) and test to see if quality is better.
Answer to "How do I view an old iCloud update?"Back up device. Wipe device. Restore backup with messages you want to read. Read messgaes. Wipe device. Bring back most recent backup.
Answer to "Wifi siginal iPhone 5c"Check the antenna, weak wifi is usually is a sign of a antenna being unplugged where as if it was no wifi at all that would more likely be a bigger issue.
Answer to "iPhone won't turn on or charge. turn on after reinsert battery."I would try a dock replacement, if that does not fix it it most likely a board level issues with the U2 power chip.
