Robot Vacuum Shows an Error Message or Flashing LEDs

Every manufacturer uses its own flashing codes and messages. Check the manual or app to identify the exact error.

• “Wheel blocked” / “Wheel Error”
• Cause: Hair or dirt around the wheels or caster wheel
• Solution: Clean all wheels thoroughly.
• “Brush blocked” / “Brush Error”
• Cause: Main brush or side brushes are blocked
• Solution: Remove the brushes, clean them, and reinstall them.
• “Sensor error” / “Sensor Error”
• Cause: Sensors are dirty
• Solution: Wipe all sensors with a lint-free cloth.
• “Dustbin missing” / “Dustbin Error”
• Cause: Dustbin is not installed correctly or sensor is dirty
• Solution: Clean the contacts and insert the dustbin firmly.
• “Stuck” / “Stuck”
• Cause: Robot is caught in cables or carpet fringe
• Solution: Free the robot and clear obstacles out of the way.
• “Low battery” / “Low Battery”
• Cause: Battery is too weak to return to the dock
• Solution: Carry the robot manually to the charging dock and fully charge it.
• “Charging error” / “Charging Error”
• Cause: Problem with the charging contacts or dock
• Solution: Clean the contacts thoroughly.
• “Navigation error” / “Navigation Error”
• Cause: Laser or camera is dirty
• Solution: Clean the navigation components and restart the robot.

Many errors disappear after a restart. Turn the robot off completely, wait 10–15 seconds, and restart it.

If the error remains, a reset often helps. Caution: This deletes all maps and settings. Depending on the model, press and hold the appropriate button for 10–15 seconds, then set up the robot again.

Errors can also be caused by software issues. Update the app and the robot’s firmware to fix known bugs.

If the error message continues to appear, there may be a hardware problem. In this case, a more involved repair may be necessary. Contact customer support or the retailer.
