The cable or adapter may be damaged or not providing power.

• Try a different USB-C charger that is known to work.
• Check the charging adapter for any visible damage or frayed wires.

Dust or debris in the charging port can prevent proper connection.

• Use a flashlight to inspect the USB-C port.
• Gently clean the port with a dry, soft-bristled brush or compressed air.

If the above steps don’t work, the battery or power circuit may be faulty.

• Try a hard reset by holding the power and volume-up buttons for 10 seconds.
