Found this weirdo battery powered wrench that as best as I can tell was sold by Radio Shack, so lets tear into it!
What you need

its the only philips head screw on thee whole thing so it shouldn't be hard to keep track of it

depending on what you have you can use either the number 2 hex head bit or a 5/64th allen key

the plastic shell should come off easy if you pull from the battery compartment

they both slot into the case so its easy to get in and out

Because of the space we are working with this is where the allen key can come in real handy
